Cancellation & Refund

At ABR Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the status is still Pending or Processing.
  • Orders that have been shipped or marked Completed cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel, use the “Cancel Order” option in your account dashboard.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Wrong item was sent.
  • Order was cancelled successfully within the allowed timeframe.

Note: Refunds are not available for “change of mind” or buyer’s personal preference.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests are verified and approved by the vendor.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, or COD).
  • Refund amount may exclude shipping charges if the issue was not due to vendor error.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Product is used, altered, or not in original packaging.
  • Return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Cancellation request is made after shipment.
